Mobile application design

An application which designed to help users manage their work capacity by prioritizing available time rather than just focusing on deadlines.

Do we need this?

Traditional time management methods often prioritize deadlines, which can lead to stress, burnout, and a decrease in productivity. By prioritizing available time instead, users can more effectively manage their workload and prevent burnout.

And So

Simple Done is a mobile application designed to help people manage their workload by prioritizing tasks based on their importance, rather than on the time needed to complete them.

With this app, users can set a series of tasks that will be distributed according to a set time they have, without worrying about the time required to complete each task. The app will then prioritize the more important tasks first, ensuring that users make the most of their available time.

Tasks & planner views

Users can add tasks to the app and group them as needed. The tasks will appear in a list and be automatically allocated to a spot on the timeline. The timeline provides an overview of upcoming tasks and completed tasks. Users can order tasks, but not assign them to specific time frames. Overdue tasks will overflow to the next time slot.

The focus of the task management feature is simplicity and efficiency. By automating the allocation of tasks and providing users with an easy-to-use timeline, the app can help users optimize their workload and achieve their goals with minimal stress.

Task & Settings

The task view provides users with basic information about their tasks, including the title, context (e.g., client, work, home, project, etc.), deadline (if set), priority, and total estimation of hours needed.

Additionally, each task is displayed with its time frame and progression, allowing users to easily track their progress and stay on top of their workload. This view provides users with a comprehensive overview of their tasks, helping them prioritize their work and stay organized.
