eyeHR is an application designed to bring the jobs to the people, by encouraging friends and connections to link you with a potential job. Finders fee award means everybody is a headhunter now!
Do we need this?
HR companies and headhunters ask for fees for matching jobs with potential employees, In the meanwhile to avoid hiring fees, companies often offer bonuses to current employees to bring in a friend or acquaintance to fill a job.
And So
This application comes to solve that same problem – to avoid mediators in the hiring process by providing a network and a reward system where every one can be the headhunter.

The core idea of this ecosystem is to be as transparent as possible, so signup / login can be performed only via LinkedIn.
Skill picker & Profile
Users can pick skills that will adjust the kind of jobs they see in their feeds, more tags can be added from the pool of connections.
Feed and details
Here, jobs and job prospects will appear. Every job will have a ‘finders fee’ – same as HR companies take commissions for their work.
Suggest
A job that is posted can be suggested by anyone to any other user in their contact list. Once this is finalized, the mediator will get their ‘finders fee’ for the connect.
